This is such a motivating way to learn how to cut! The book provides different stencils to cut to encourage cutting and creativity skills for kids ages 4+. For example, you can cut different parts of a house and then put them all together to make a house! When cutting, make sure to correct your child’s hand positioning to the “proper” way of cutting with their wrist placed in a neutral position with the thumb pointing up. Also, highlight edges/ make borders thicker for the kiddos who have difficulty staying on the line. This encourages fine and visual motor strengthening!
